Take out the line at the end of the "Your Account and Payment Terms":

You will be responsible for all local, state or federal taxes incurred as a result of your purchase.

Also, decided to keep the previous line (in this same section): ShineLove^® will ship all purchased items to you via U.S. Mail. ... because Printful will be doing this generically within the states and perhaps originating for international shipping, as well.  I see U.S. Mail as not specific to USPS, but inclusive of other shipping methods, within the US, as well. May need to double check on this in future.

Also, take "Last updated" date out of bottom of page. Also for Privacy Policy page, as well. 

Check original Terms and Conditions doc for changes to the Return Policy that I changed in Jan or Feb of 2021 - for Printful returns.
